Penny Lane, CPA, has extensive experience in tax and accounting
    services for individuals, closely held businesses and exempt
    organizations.

    Penny has been in the field of public accounting since graduating
    from St. Mary’s College of California and is certified in both Texas
    and California. Her experience has focused on business and exempt
    organization taxation issues including consulting, compliance and
    planning.  

    An alumnus of Sallmann, Yang & Alameda in Pleasanton, CA and
    Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP in Austin, TX, Penny has provided her
    tax knowledge to various local and multi-state businesses including
    retail, services, real estate partnerships, life sciences, and exempt
    organizations.

    Penny has also lectured extensively on creating a paperless office
    environment for accounting and law firms and has been involved in
    developing and implementing paperless procedures.
